Pricing questions

What does clinic queue management software cost in India?

TOKENN has no monthly fee, no hardware and no AMC. Every clinic starts with 50 free booking credits, no card needed, then buys a plan: 150 credits for ₹149, 500 for ₹499, 1,000 for ₹999 and larger plans with bonus credits. For a clinic seeing 25 patients a day, 150 credits last about a week, 500 about 3 weeks and 1,000 about 6 weeks. Most standalone kiosk systems start at ₹30,000 upfront plus maintenance.

What uses a booking credit?

One credit is one patient token or appointment, booked on WhatsApp, by scanning the QR or at the reception desk. Status questions, reminders and the assistant's replies are part of the booking, not extra, and a closed day uses nothing.

Why pay for bookings at all?

A plan replaces a monthly licence: you pay only for the patients you book, and a holiday costs nothing. Each booking does the desk's work: the token, the WhatsApp messages and reminders, the live display and the AI that reads typed and voice messages in 19 languages.

How are appointments charged?

The same as tokens: one credit when the appointment is booked, with the reminder before the slot included. Moving it to another time is free. A cancelled or missed appointment does not give the credit back, the same rule as a token.

Are WhatsApp message charges included?

Yes. Every WhatsApp message a booking needs, from the confirmation to the your-turn reminder, is inside the credit. There is no separate message bill.

Is there a free trial?

Every new clinic starts with 50 free booking credits, enough for a real morning of WhatsApp and walk-in bookings, with no card and no trial clock. The first plan is then 150 credits for ₹149, less than one consultation fee, and credits never expire.

Do credits expire? Is there a contract?

No and no. Plans are prepaid, credits stay in your account until used, and there is no subscription to cancel. If you stop, nothing is charged.

What happens when credits run out?

You get a WhatsApp reminder when about three days of booking credits are left, again at 20 and at zero. Once you have bought a plan, 50 grace credits keep WhatsApp and walk-in bookings going at zero, settled by the next purchase; after that, bookings stop until you recharge. Before your first plan, bookings stop at zero. Auto recharge on UPI Autopay avoids all of this.

What payment methods work?

Razorpay: UPI, UPI Autopay for auto recharge, cards and net-banking. All prices in INR with no GST added, and a receipt for every purchase.

How does this compare with clinic management software prices in India?

Clinic management software with billing and records is usually quoted at ₹3,000 to ₹8,000 a month per clinic. TOKENN is not that: it is only the queue, the WhatsApp booking and the display, sold as prepaid plans from ₹149 with no monthly fee, and it runs beside whatever billing or records software the clinic already uses.

Is there any limit on a busy day?

One clinic account issues up to 300 tokens a day across all its departments, which covers a large polyclinic. Message us if you need more.
